I built Grit City Wellness from a single idea into a registered franchise, proving that fitness, recovery, and bodywork can coexist in one boutique club.
When I saw small businesses in my community struggling, I didn't wait for someone else to act. I founded the Waterfront Merchants Alliance to give area businesses a collective voice and a fighting chance.
Today I serve as Board Chair of the Tacoma-Pierce County Chamber, working to fortify economic growth across the region, and as a Board Member of the Health and Fitness Association, advocating for greater access to preventative healthcare and stronger wellness outcomes for communities everywhere.
Before this, I spent nearly two decades in the automotive industry working with brands like Toyota and BMW. I learned what it means to operate at global and local scale, lead high-performing teams, and build systems that last.
